Quality

           Muskogee Community Hospital commits to deliver safety and quality in all aspects of our endeavor including clinical services, operations, and customer service. To do so, we will continuously measure, monitor, and improve performance.

          MCH staff members and physicians will be highly trained and engaged in always seeking better ways to do things. Associates will meet routinely to examine and deal with any emerging issues regarding safety, service, and satisfaction. Patients and/or patient families will be asked to provide feedback on their experiences at MCH. All of this means better, safer care and a higher level of service for you, the patient.

          MCH will also seek accreditation from The Joint Commission and will participate in the Hospital Quality Initiative of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The data gathered through these programs regarding MCHs quality performance will be readily available to the community.

          In the end our goal is not only to deliver that safe, effective, and high quality care, but to demonstrate those outcomes to you through our openness in sharing our performance data.
